77bl Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using This Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 77bl ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the 77bl website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and all related services. By creating a 77bl account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 77bl platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the 77bl platform, regardless of how they access the platform (mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other means). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 77bl platform. 77bl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 3. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use a 77bl account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77bl applies a strict 21+ age policy and will not permit any individual under 21 to register, deposit, or play for real money under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, bot, or automated system) acting on your own behalf and for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a mobile number that is genuinely registered in your name.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order that you have requested through 77bl or any affiliated responsible gaming program.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions at 77bl are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77bl accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no 77bl-imposed maximum deposit; however, individual payment method limits may apply as set by the payment provider.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In the case of bKash and Nagad, this is typically within 60 seconds. Delays caused by the payment provider are outside 77bl's control.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically complete within 5-15 minutes during normal operating hours. Larger withdrawals or first-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take longer to process.
• Players may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 77bl does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, fees charged by the payment provider (e.g., bKash transaction fees where applicable) are the responsibility of the Player and are outside 77bl's control.

77bl reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered to the Player's mobile number) before processing any withdrawal. This measure is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering control applied consistently to all players.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available at 77bl are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and SmartSoft, among others. Each game is governed by the specific rules of that game as provided by the developer, which are accessible within the game interface. The following general rules apply to all games on the 77bl platform:

• All game results are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) provided by the game developer. 77bl does not interfere with or modify game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to the Player's account balance. 77bl will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from a technical malfunction.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted by the 77bl system.
• 77bl reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is clear evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, or any other form of sporting corruption, regardless of the official result declared by the governing body.

Maximum winnings per single bet or game round may be subject to limits as specified in the relevant game or betting market rules. Players are advised to review the applicable limits before placing high-value wagers.

9. Responsible Gaming

77bl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligations to protect vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via their account settings, free of charge and at any time:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much they deposit within a given period. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of their 77bl account.
• Cooling-off period: Players may apply for a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which they will not be able to log in to their account or place bets.

Continued use of the 77bl platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept a revision, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 77bl platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 77bl support will be subject to resolution through the dispute resolution process described in the platform's support documentation.
